All parts are brand new and unused. I used to own a Mercedes, and my husband did all of the work on it. These are some spare parts that have never been used and I no longer have a use for them. Everything will be well packed to ensure there is no damage, especially to the transmission pan. The parts included are as follows: Transmission fluid pan OEM; Part # A221 270 12 12 Transmission oil pan gasket OEM; Part # A220 271 03 80 (There are two included; the other was an extra part sent by OEM. Check the last three photos for reference on the second transmission oil pan gasket) MANN transmission oil filter; Part # H27 001 (There are two included; one had fluid leak onto it, but it is brand new. Check photos 7, 8, and 9 for reference on the second MANN filter) ***Please check with your mechanic to ensure that these are for your vehicle as I'm not responsible for fitment issues. ***Please check my other listings for the second part of this kit that includes the screws, plugs, seals, etc.(sold separately). ***Please refer to the pictures in regards to the wear and condition as they are part of the description. I'm not responsible for any manufacturer defects on brand new/unopened items. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED For seller and buyer protection, I record all sales transactions from the packaging of items to dropping them off for shipment. I also recycle/reuse clean and sturdy packaging materials when I can. This doesn't apply to items that already have their own packaging from retailers. However, I do like to ensure my packages are packed with care and consideration for the elements in the event of carelessness from postal carriers. That being said, I am not responsible for shipment issues or damage that happens during shipment to delivery as that is out of my control and is in the hands of the postal carrier.
